Analysis
What I think the discovery of the New World has to do with God, Gold, and Glory is that the Explorers originally came for a route to the East, but instead washed up in the "New World" and realized that these people were very generous and gave them lots of their luxuries. The second time Explorers came was for Gold and also to attempt to convert the natives (God). They then exploited their weakness and conquered and obliterated many Native Tribes for their King and Queen (Glory). They converted the rest to Christianity (God). After that the owners of the Sugar Plantations needed more cheap labor, so they enslaved some Africans to work the plantations (Gold). In conclusion, the continued contact of the Native Americans was for God, Gold, and Glory.
